All regular orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, which we have found is the most economical and reliable way to ship. Shipping is calculated by package weight and zip code, and the appropriate charge will be added to your order total. Please note that FedEx does not guarantee specific delivery dates on ground shipments, although you will usually receive your order within 3 to 7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to sanitation and quality control issues, Aromaceuticals CANNOT accept returns on any essential oil, hydrolat, carrier oil, herbal oil, or aromatic synergy which has been opened. We will, however, gladly accept returns on any UNOPENED product, provided you meet our terms and conditions for return or exchange. You must obtain our authorization to return any merchandise by calling us at 214.428.6668. Please pack items securely, using original packaging if possible, and mail to: Aromaceuticals, 10233 East Northwest Highway, Suite 333-38102, Dallas, TX 75238-4440 . Aromaceuticals cannot be responsible for any damage incurred to returned items due to improper packing by the customer
Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of package, and must be accompanied by the ORIGINAL sales receipt. Please indicate whether you would like to exchange for another product or receive a refund. After 15 and within 30 days of package delivery, we will accept returns for exchange only; no refunds will be issued. After 30 days, we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds on any of our products. All returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
Accidents do happen, so if you receive a product which has been damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will promptly rectify the situation at no cost to you.
